Individual onboarding momentum

A quick one-person test drive followed by a large People workspace, then sequential C.A.R.E. review.

What Kevin can test

  • Complete the one-person onboarding test drive.
  • Name storm, paste a list, or choose a text or CSV file from one large workspace.
  • Begin C.A.R.E. only after gathering names, then continue in added order.
  • Stop safely, preserve work, and retry failed People or Relationship saves.

Current limits

  • Requested-work coverage has not yet been measured, and this release has not qualified as the Latest Stable Client Demo Release.
  • Strategy reveal, Team onboarding, and the complete return experience are not assembled in this release.
  • The current v1 demo has one unfinished language experience. Its Values/Christian wording toggle is October work and is not yet available to drive.
  • A large name list pushes the selected-person confirmation below the full list in onboarding, forcing a long scroll before the user can continue.
  • Cass onboarding currently uses static guidance and a deterministic sentence joiner for the Relationship summary. It does not yet offer bounded AI follow-up questions or a Cass-shaped summary.
  • The I am not sure yet action remains visible after Relationship details are entered and can erase all three optional answers, which makes the intended next step unclear.

Latest Stable Client Demo Release

A release appears here only after at least 80% of the requested work is measured as driveable, every remaining gap states what is missing, where it is missing, and how it affects the demo, and Ben's explicit approval is recorded.

Add the Values/Christian wording toggle

Build one in-app toggle that changes wording, reflections, and learning while keeping the same tools and methodology. Once implemented and verified, it will join the October demo record and hub. If it moves beyond October, record the reason and publish a new ETA here.

Multi-person C.A.R.E. return proof

Stop during a review round, reload, return to the same Relationship and answers, and preserve the reviewed count.

Keep selected-person confirmation in reach

On the onboarding choose-person step, a large uncategorized name list currently places confirmation after every visible name. Let users search, select, and confirm without traversing the full list, including by keyboard and on mobile.

Restore Cass-led onboarding assistance

After the three optional Relationship prompts, let Cass ask only useful bounded follow-up questions and shape a short summary from the user's authorized words. Hide I am not sure yet once details are entered, require user review and confirmation before saving, and keep an honest manual fallback.

Run the complete walkthrough and measure how much requested work is genuinely driveable. Stable client-demo review requires at least 80% coverage, plus an explicit record of what remains, where it is missing, and how each gap affects the demo.
